Fees & Guarantee

FEES:

Come and go, full-time placement fee:
- one and half weeks of provider’s salary.

Live in full-time placement:
- one and half weeks of provider’s salary.

Part-time placement fee:
- one and half weeks of provider’s salary.

Temporary placement fee:
- depends on the length of the assignment.

GUARANTEE:

LAKEVIEW guarantees all employees for one year, effective on the starting date of employee. If the employee should leave the employment within one year of the employment starting date, we will replace the employee at no additional charge. In addition, if the employee should resign within the 30 day period, measured from the starting day of the emplyee, employer has the right to obtain a refund of the fee paid, less 25% of the gross fee paid or have replacement employee provided. No fee will be refunded after the 30-day period.
